First round do 1 Turkish Get up each arm #25
+ 6 burpees
12 Back Squats #115
18 Double Unders
Second round do 2 Turkish Get up each arm #25
+6 burpees
12 Back Squats #115
18 Double Unders
.... and so on til you get to 6 Turks each arm then complete that round as the rest.
** Post Total Time to complete.
