*Post total time to complete. If your not able to do a Strict Pull Up you definitely wont be doing L-Pull Ups. The scaled version for L-Pull Ups today is either Strict (no kipping) or Chest to Bar Pull Ups (kipping ok), this is due to the overall low workload of the WOD.
