*BURPEE POWER SNATCH (Yeah I said Burpee Power Snatch), SET-UP AND EXECUTION.

4.WOD
*15-12-9 OF:
Burpee Power Snatch #75
Box jump 30" (drop to 24" if needed)
Clapping Push ups (if not clapping, do true push ups, where hands come off floor at bottom)
Knees to Elbows
+ 36 Double Unders after each rep round.
