*WORK ON TURKISH GET-UP FORM WITH NO WEIGHT. PERFECT YOUR MOVEMENT AND POSITIONING PRIOR TO STARTING WOD. ALSO WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO STRECH THOSE WRIST OUT SO YOUR NOT CRYING THROUGH THE FRONT SQUATS!! YEAH I SAID CRYING.
