**TEACHING FRONT SQUATS TO A GROUP. REMEMBER TO KEEP THOSE ELBOWS HIGH AND CHEST UP.

**END OF THE SECOND PULL IN THE POWER SNATCH, TIME TO GET UNDER THE BAR, ELBOWS HIGH AND OUTSIDE, BAR SHOULD TRAVEL CLOSE TO THE BODY AS SEEN ABOVE.
