**3 rounds of the following:
Wall-ball  #20  (Reps),
Sumo deadlift high-pull #75  (Reps),
Box Jump  20″  (Reps),
Push-press  #75  (Reps),
Double Unders  (Reps)
1 minute rest in between rounds.
*Post total number of reps.
